Program Details
Learning Modules
The program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and group work on a case study. The modules include:

Values-Based Decision Making by identifying 3-5 core inner values (north star) through self-reflection and applying them consciously for every decision and action.

Living Your Values by rating the living & wishing scores of your core values, reflecting on whether your past key decisions were values-aligned, and committing to meaningful changes.

Reimaging Your Future by reflecting on your past accomplishments, visualizing different futures through art, music, and poetry, and choosing the one that resonates most deeply with you.
4
Design your Future by committing to a values-based future, identifying the resources and support you need, and shaping an action plan with clear short- to mid-term steps.

With 15+ years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals. He grew up in Strategic Consulting roles (from Consultant to Associate Partner) and has also led Learning & Development for a Strategic Consulting practice.
