He brings 20+ years of senior executive experience — as Associate Partner, COO, and Director — at globally recognised organisations including Accenture, Deutsche Post DHL, and Zurich Insurance.
Driven by the question "what does it mean to be human?", Deepak draws on Indian and Western philosophy, Jungian psychology, and his own executive journey to guide leaders through the inner work of discovering their core values, owning them with integrity, and consciously designing the future they are meant to lead toward.
