Learning Modules
The program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and group work on a case study. The modules include:

Simplifying Decision-Making by understanding the big picture, structuring solutions in manageable chunks, storyboarding key information, and answering first using the pyramid principle.

Leveraging Strategic Frameworks of complexity management in space (e.g., portfolio analysis, heat maps, value chain analysis, BCG matrix) and time (e.g., three horizons/ waves chart, S curve)

Managing Emerging Complexities by understanding your complex network, proactively embedding adaptive strategies, and closely monitoring interdependent risks & opportunities.

Becoming a Strategic Advisor by driving exceptional customer experience through a Cool Head (objective overview), Warm Heart (trust-based relationships), and Active Hands (reliability)
