Program Details

Learning Modules

The program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and group work on a case study. The modules include:

Knowing Self and Knowing Others through DISC personality profiles - adapting management styles, allocating tasks, and communicating effectively based on individual preferences

Designing Team Interactions & Providing Constructive Feedback to foster a collaborative, structured environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.

Engaging & Nudging Stakeholders by mapping the stakeholder landscape, applying the interest-influence matrix, and using ethical nudging to build strategic relationships.

4

Advancing Collaborative Dialogs by listening deeply and empathetically, identifying barriers to difficult conversations, and transforming challenges into opportunities for co-creation.
