WHY STEP?
Navigating large-scale business and digital transformations is challenging, with around 70% failing (McKinsey, 2019) due to issues like poor strategic alignment, lack of internal buy-in & weak leadership. Achieving success requires a well-structured approach, fostering trust and collaboration, and cultivating a mindset that embraces visionary change.
Strategic Transformation Excellence Program (STEP) is a certificate program designed to equip leaders with the capabilities to strategically drive impactful transformation journeys within their organization.
TARGET GROUP
Business & Digital Transformation Managers - Mid to Senior Levels, Operations & Change Managers, Department Leaders (e.g. IT, Procurement, Shared Services)
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program is divided into three core blocks, each designed to drive impactful outcomes:

Building service-oriented relationships.

Developing a transformative leadership mindset.
After completing these blocks, participants will engage in a practical case study, working in small groups to apply their learnings in real-world scenarios.
LEARNING JOURNEY
Duration:
The STEP Programme can be tailored to your organisation's pace, priorities, and participant availability.

INTENSIVE (6 Months)
Four learning blocks delivered over 1.5 months each, followed by a 1.5-month capstone project. -
STANDARD (9 Months)
Four learning blocks delivered over 2 months each, followed by a 3-month capstone project. -
EXTENDED (12 Months)
Four learning blocks delivered over 3 months each, followed by a 3-month capstone project.
Customization:
The program can be tailored to your specific needs. This may involve adjusting modules, adding new content, modifying timelines, or having a company-specific case study. Please note that additional customization may incur extra costs, depending on the complexity of your requests.
Participants:
We recommend a cohort size of up to 12 participants for optimal engagement.
CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded a Strategic Transformation Excellence Certificate by MQ Learning Academy. MQ Learning is a Swiss EduQua-certified academy.
LOCATION:
The program can be delivered either at the client's premises or at our MQ Learning Academy in Zurich.
