We offer our leadership programs, masterclass journeys, and courses across four delivery formats, each designed to serve different professional needs.

  • Corporate In-House (Face-to-Face/ Live Online) — we bring the program or course directly to your team, facilitated exclusively for your people.

  • Self-Paced (Online) — progress through the curriculum at your own pace, wherever you are.

  • Open Cohort (Hybrid) — join peers from other organisations for structured learning enriched by cross-industry perspectives.

  • 1:1 Skill Building (Hybrid) - Individual skills building & leadership development tailored to specific needs​

Our half-day courses are the building blocks of our learning portfolio. Masterclass Journeys combine two complementary half-day courses to develop a focused capability. Leadership Programs integrate four complementary half-day courses with a practical half-day case study to build and apply future-ready leadership capabilities. Depending on the delivery format, both can be completed over several weeks.

Program & Courses Fees

The rates below are our standard fees for structured programs and courses across all delivery formats. Where customisation is required to fit your organisation's specific context, a separate rate will be agreed following an initial discussion.

 

Corporate in-house and open enrollment prices are in CHF; online prices are in EUR. All prices are indicative and may vary depending on the specific program.​​​

FACE-TO-FACE/ LIVE ONLINE

Corporate In-House​

  • Leadership Program — CHF 11,850 

  • Full Day Masterclass — CHF 4,850 (includes 90-minute follow-up alignment group call)

  • Half Day Course — CHF 2,850

for a group of up to 12 participants
 

Venue and participant logistics are provided by the client organisation. Instructor travel and accommodation within Europe are included. VAT exempt.
