Deepak has held senior executive roles — Associate Partner, COO, and Director — at globally recognised organisations including Accenture, Deutsche Post DHL, and Zurich Insurance Company, and has led Learning & Development for a strategic consulting unit.

He is the founder and director of MQ Learning Academy, an Eduqua-certified Swiss International Academy dedicated to cultivating human leadership capabilities for people and organisations navigating the AI age.

A recognised expert in AI Ethics — Deepak teaches AI Ethics at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), supports foundations working on the topic, and is Editor of the book AI Ethics in Practice, published by Springer. His work in this field sits at the frontier of one of the most important conversations of our time.
