LEARNING MODULES
The short program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and group work on a case study, which will be presented to the industry leaders. The modules include:

Problem-solving by determining the right problem, structuring the solutions, and prioritizing the key actions using tools like SCQ, MECE, logic tress

Structuring Strategic projects that bridge vision with the desired results within a specific time frame

Strategic Communication by identifying the essential and eliminating the rest to be more productive and sharpen written communication using tools like the Pyramid Principle

Storyboarding Strategic Presentations by developing a convincing storyline tailored to the audience utilizing purpose, plot, and slides using Disney Storyboarding approach
CERTIFICATE
"Foundational Strategic Thinking Certificate," by MQ Learning, an EduQua certified educational institute under the accreditation scheme for continuing education in Switzerland.
