In response, we offer tailored 1:1 sessions designed to help executives develop the specific skills they need to excel in their roles. These customized sessions focus on the individual’s unique situation, ensuring the training is relevant, impactful, and aligned with their personal and professional goals.

The approach for the Executive 1:1 Skill Development will be skill-building through practical tools, exercises, and specific scenario coaching, rather than traditional coaching alone. Since your needs are quite specific, after you register, we schedule a kickoff call to clarify your goals and choose the relevant concepts together. Based on this, we will create a high-level skills, exercises, and tools plan, which we can adjust as you progress.

LEARNING JOURNEY

Our Executive 1:1 Skill Development program spans 3 months, with a commitment of approximately 4 to 5 hours per month. The program includes:

• A 30-minute kickoff session to align with your specific needs. Following that, we will develop a tailored, individual tools & exercise plan to meet your objectives.

• Three 1:1 sessions per month, each lasting 1.5 hours (live or in Zurich)

• Homework and exercises to complete between sessions with touchpoints, ensuring continuous progress

• A 45-minute refresher session three months after the program’s completion to reinforce learning and address any further development needs

This structured approach combines deep skill-building with ongoing accountability, tailored specifically to the needs of each executive.
