After you register, we schedule a kickoff call to clarify your goals and co-create your personal skills plan together. From there, every session is built around your situation — no generic content, no off-the-shelf frameworks.

Your 3-month journey includes:

• Kickoff session (30 min) — align on goals, co-create your tailored tools and exercise plan

• Three 90-minute 1:1 sessions per month 

• Between-session exercises and touchpoints — ensuring continuous progress and accountability

• Wrap-up session (60 min) — consolidate learning, address next development steps

 

Total: 6 hours of dedicated 1:1 time over 3-4 months.
