Learning Modules
The program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and group work on a case study. The modules include:

Cultivating Inclusive Environments by understanding your organizational landscape, fostering psychological safety for interpersonal risk-taking, and embedding systemic, sustainable practices.

Championing a Learning Culture by redefining failure, fostering fearlessness and accountability, and driving actionable change to embed curiosity at every level.

Cultivating Service Excellence Mindset by understanding stakeholder needs, deepening relationships through active listening and active silence, while setting clear boundaries

Positioning Ideas Persuasively by understanding systemic interconnectedness, crafting compelling arguments using ethos, logos, and pathos, and inspiring others with meaning.
