According to a Gallup 2017 survey, employees are more engaged if organizations increase psychological safety, leading to a 12% increase in productivity. Psychological Safe cultures encourage risk-taking, reward vulnerability, and provide a values-driven purpose to aim for. Small initiatives can lead to a significant impact. Project Aristotle by Google, after a 2-year study, found psychological safety as a critical ingredient for high-performing teams.

One of the primary desires of humans is to be seen for who we are and what we can achieve.  When we are seen the way we are through the eyes of others, we feel complete. Appreciation also motivates the appreciated to be even better — an O.C. Tanner Institute study shows that 88% of people who receive recognition feel inspired to do great work.  Through our Appreciation Game based on cards, we help teams and networks to generate a culture of mutual trust & collaboration.
