He brings 20+ years of senior executive experience — as Associate Partner, COO, and Director — at globally recognised organisations including Accenture, Deutsche Post DHL, and Zurich Insurance.
Having led diverse, cross-functional teams and navigated complex stakeholder landscapes across cultures and industries, he understands firsthand what it takes to build trust, influence without authority, and harness the collective intelligence of people around you.
As founder of MQ Learning Academy, he brings this lived experience of collaborative leadership directly into the classroom — helping leaders move from individual expertise to powerful, people-centred leadership.
