FOUNDATIONAL SYSTEMIC PEOPLE MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE

OBJECTIVE: Effective Team & Stakeholder Management techniques to shift the perspective from individual contributor to people manager

 

TARGET: New Managers, People with recent (1-3 years) or upcoming team responsibilities

Systemic People Management for New Managers | MQ Learning

LEARNING MODULES

 

The short program consists of four 3.5-hr modules and two 1.5 hrs emergent dialogs in mini-group sessions. The modules include:

  • Knowing Self & Knowing Others (DISC) to tailor task allocation and communication according to different personality types

  • Designing Interactions & Feedback to tactically set up team environment and give & receive constructive feedback

  • Engaging & Nudging Stakeholders to strategically design stakeholder maps and nudge people in a non-invasive way

  • Advancing Service Excellence to embed service-oriented mindset in our actions & decisions while setting boundaries

FORMAT

 

The face to face short program is available in Zurich or via zoom in different formats:

  • Intensive: 2 full days + 0.5 day of emergent dialogs. 

  • Semi-intensive: 6 weeks, with one 3.5-hr module each week + two 1.5 hr emergent dialogs.

  • Extended: 4 months with one 3.5-hr module every 3 weeks + two 1.5 hr emergent dialog sessions
