Objective: Leadership techniques for creating psychologically safe spaces with inclusion safety, learning safety, contributor safety, & challenger safety.

Target: Senior Executives, Leaders with People Responsibilities

Format: 2.5 days with two days intensive (four 3.5-hour group modules) and one 3 hr online case study session later. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr per week after the intensive.

According to a Gallup 2017 survey, employees are more engaged if organizations increase psychological safety, leading to a 12% increase in productivity. Psychological Safe cultures encourage risk-taking, reward vulnerability, and provide a values-driven purpose to aim for. To create a psychologically safe culture, the leaders must work on their style and change the collective culture.

Psychological Safety typically has four components: Inclusion Safety, Learner Safety, Collaboration Safety, and Challenger Safety. Our four modules will prepare you for each of these components. The program is based on the latest research in people management and incorporates philosophy, psychology, and business management components.

Creating Inclusion and Learner Safety for Diverse Teams (Day 1)

  • Inclusion Safety: Crafting an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, protected, and can take risks is at the core of diverse, safe spaces.
  • Learner Safety: The learning organizations embed a culture of treating mistakes as an opportunity for growth.

Collective Culture (Day 2)

  • Collaboration Safety: Navigating a difficult conversation directly, empathetically, and reflectively can transform a challenge into an opportunity.
  • Challenger Safety & Persuasion:  A compelling argument seamlessly weaves Ethos, Logos, and Pathos. Master the art of integrating these components for impactful message positioning.

Day 1 (Individual Style): Creating Inclusion and Learner Safety for Diverse Teams

  • Championing a Learning Culture (14.00-17.30)
  • Case Study Session (17.30-18.00)

Day 2 (Collective Culture): Leading Collaborative Dialogs and Persuading Effectively

  • Advancing Collaborative Dialogs: (09.00-12.30)
  • Positioning Ideas Persuasively (14.00-17.30)
  • Wrap-up Session (17.30-18.00)

Half-Day Online Case Study session

The modules are conducted in English and are limited to 20 participants to facilitate interactions and connections. Please note that -other participants can be joining for specific modules of the program.
