Objective: Leadership techniques for creating psychologically safe spaces with inclusion safety, learning safety, contributor safety, & challenger safety.
Target: Senior Executives, Leaders with People Responsibilities
Format: 2.5 days with two days intensive (four 3.5-hour group modules) and one 3 hr online case study session later. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr per week after the intensive.

Psychological Safe cultures encourage risk-taking, reward vulnerability, and provide a values-driven purpose to aim for. To create a psychologically safe culture, the leaders must work on their style and change the collective culture.
