Life is filled with ups and downs, and developing resilience is essential for navigating challenges and bouncing back stronger. This training combines the power of a growth mindset with resilience-building strategies to help you thrive in the face of adversity.

Resilience is the ability to adapt, bounce back, and grow in the face of adversity, setbacks, and stress. By cultivating a growth mindset, which embraces challenges and views setbacks as opportunities for growth, you can enhance your resilience and overcome obstacles with greater ease.

You will explore techniques to reframe setbacks as learning experiences, embrace failure as a stepping stone to success, and foster a mindset that values effort, perseverance, and continuous growth. By the end of this training, you will have a resilient mindset that allows you to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to change, and thrive in challenging situations. The workshop incorporates philosophy, psychology, and business management components and is highly experiential and interactive with speed sharing.

Learn to:

  • Tap in the actions and awareness which has helped you in past situations. Relive the story of a previous difficult moment, and understand your inner sources of strength.
  • Develop the ongoing resilience using Joanna Macy's "Spiral that reconnects." The model has four steps of gratitude, honoring our pain, seeing with new eyes, and going forth.
  • Develop an action plan for integrating resilience into daily operations and long-term planning.

This workshop is conducted in English. Limited seats to 20 participants to facilitate better participation. Reserve early!

Deepak aims to bring humanistic elements to our working life. He stands at the intersection of Business (MBA HSG Switzerland), Technology (MTech India), and Humanities (MA Philosophy California, Coach - CPCC, ACC). With 15 years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals. He has also led Learning & Development for a Strategic Consulting practice.
