HOW IT WORKS

After you register, we schedule a kickoff call to clarify your goals and co-create your personal skills plan together. From there, every session is built around your situation — no generic content, no off-the-shelf frameworks.

Your 5-month journey includes:

Kickoff session (60 min) — align on your goals and co-create a tailored plan with personalised tools and exercises

Three 1:1 sessions per month (90 min each) — focused, structured skill building throughout the programme

Between-session work — exercises, curated resources (videos, articles, books) and accountability check-ins to keep momentum (~10 hrs of self-directed practice)

Wrap-up session (60 min) — consolidate your learning and map out your next development steps
Total: 6.5 hours of live 1:1 skill building + ~10 hours of self-directed practice across 5 months.​

Deepak holds an MTech (IIM Mumbai), MBA (HSG Switzerland), MA in Philosophy (CIIS, California), and is a certified Professional Coach (CPCC, ACC).

He brings 20+ years of senior executive experience — as Associate Partner, COO, and Director — at globally recognised organisations including Accenture, Deutsche Post DHL, and Zurich Insurance. He has worked within strategic consulting units at the highest levels and led Learning & Development for a strategic consulting division, shaping how strategic minds think — from big picture clarity to structured, high-impact solutions.
