OBJECTIVE: People-Leadership for Systemic Relationship Building
TARGET: Mid Level Managers with People Responsibilities or upcoming opportunities
OUTCOME: The program takes a systemic approach to inter-personal relationships where leaders inspire people, engage networks, and harness the power of collective intelligence by providing a psychologically safe space.
MODALITY: Face to Face (in Zurich or via Zoom)
COST: CHF 1850/- (incl. VAT)
The short program consists of four 3-hr modules and two 1.5 hrs emergent dialogs in mini-group sessions. The modules include:
Building Psychologically Safe Teams by listening, appreciating, and creating a culture of constructive feedback for better performance and providing a purpose to strive for.
Engaging and Nudging Stakeholders to build a relational network and successfully navigating the stakeholder map to co-create a new future.
Having Difficult Conversations takes every dialog as an opportunity to learn about others through deep listening, constant feedback, and trust-based negotiation.
Persuading Effectively by using logic, emotions, and meaning to convince people, especially in this busy world.
The face to face short program is available in Zurich or via zoom in different formats:
Intensive: 2 full days + 0.5 day of emergent dialogs
Semi-intensive: 6 weeks, with one 3-hr module each week + two 1.5 hr emergent dialogs. Upcoming: Oct 11- Nov 16, 2022; Online
Extended: 4 months with one 3-hr module every 3 weeks + two 1.5 hr emergent dialog sessions
"Advanced Systemic People Leadership Certificate," by MQ Learning, an EduQua certified educational institute under the accreditation scheme for continuing education in Switzerland.

Deepak aims to bring humanistic elements to our working life. He stands at the intersection of Business (MBA HSG Switzerland), Technology (MTech India), and Humanities (MA Philosophy California, Executive Coach CPCC, ACC). With 15+ years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals. He grew up in Strategic Consulting roles (from Consultant to Associate Partner) and has also led Learning & Development for a Strategic Consulting practice.
