In our pursuit of a fulfilling life, one common thread connects us all – the search for happiness. But what exactly is happiness, and why is it such a universal goal? In our insightful session, "The Quest for Happiness," we aim to explore the nature of happiness and the various paths one can take to achieve it.

Philosophically, happiness is often categorized into two main types: Hedonistic happiness, which is derived from pleasure and immediate gratification, and Eudaimonic happiness, which is based on the pursuit of goodness, purpose, and meaningful life goals. During our session, we will delve into these distinctions, helping participants understand the different facets of happiness. Furthermore, we will incorporate insights from the groundbreaking "Longevity Study," which has conducted extensive research on happiness and its effects on life span and health. 

Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own life choices and happiness goals. Through guided discussions and activities, we will explore practical strategies for pursuing happiness in a way that aligns with one's personal values and long-term aspirations. Join us in this session to embark on a journey of self-discovery and learn how to navigate the quest for happiness.

Deepak Bansal is the Founder and CEO of MQ Learning, a Swiss-based EduQua-certified academy dedicated to teaching humanistic skills in the digital age. His extensive 15+ years in the corporate world include executive roles at Accenture, Deutsche Post DHL, and Zurich Insurance (COO, Head AI & Robotics). A distinguished academic, Deepak has a Masters in Technology from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai, an MBA from the University of St Gallen, Switzerland, and an MA in Philosophy from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), California, USA. In addition to his role at MQ Learning, Deepak actively engages in academia as a guest lecturer at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, focusing on 'Digital Ethics by Design.'
