In the Western world, yoga is often synonymous with a physical regimen involving various postures and breathing techniques. However, rooted in the rich tapestry of ancient philosophy, yoga embodies a practice far more deep-seated, offering a harmonious blend of mind, body, and spirit. The philosophy encourages living with awareness, understanding, and consciousness, fostering a journey towards self-discovery and enlightenment.

WHY ATTEND:

Drawing from a rich cultural history, yoga psychology unlocks the doors to a deeper understanding of oneself and the intricate web of life surrounding us. In this Salon, you will :

  • Learn the historical contextual understanding of Yoga

In this Salon with Deepak and Patrick, we will discuss Yoga, its roots, and the deeper purpose behind this age-old Indian concept.
