Systemic constellation is a therapeutic method that is well suited for understanding and shifting complex systems and dynamics. In an increasingly VUCA world, methods like these that are based on harnessing the power of intuition, the subconscious, and the super-conscious are becoming more useful and more used. 

When you are part of a system (for example, a difficult team), it can be a challenge to view the whole system from a neutral 360° perspective. A systemic constellation enables you to step into the shoes of others and understand what is happening from a multitude of perspectives. You will gain empathy for all people involved, clarity on the root cause of issues, and insights on how you can shift the systems to increase the happiness and well-being of all.

The course combines mindfulness and creativity exercises, theoretical inputs, deep reflections, and exercises in groups where you will practice and get out of your comfort zone.

Dr. Alexandra Choutko is a professional with ten years of experience in the area of alternative management techniques and agility (Theory U, Scrum, Indigeneous Wisdom, and beyond). She holds a Ph.D. in Sciences from ETH. As a personal and business Coach and Trainer, she accompanies and supports personal and organizational change.
