DETAILS:

In the cozy MQ Academy environment we will celebrate once a month on Fridays and start our weekend in a conscious and loving way. Kara will guide us through the evening and accompany us with the piano or harmonium. If you want to bring an instrument, feel free. We will sing beautiful and heart opening melodies as well as exploring the various colours and qualities of our voices and enjoy each other’s company and trust.

It’s not about hitting the notes perfectly, but to express yourself with your voice as freely and joyfully as possible in this moment. In our voice and how we allow ourselves to give it fully we can recognize our potential as well as our limitations on our freedom and love. This is an open and welcoming space for us to experiment and co-create these evenings of creativity and sharing.
