However, many strategic projects fail just because they have not been set-up well from the outset. Setting up a Strategic project requires identifying & solving the right problem, methodologically prioritizing and planning activities, and engaging the people network systemically for success. • Solve the right problem e.g., via issues trees. Focusing on the right question from the start is key to any successful project.
