The quest to uncover the meaning of life has long captivated thinkers across disciplines – from scientists and philosophers to theologians and spiritual leaders. Our session, "Meaning Making," delves into this profound inquiry, exploring how we can find or create our own sense of purpose and direction in life.

Inspired by Viktor Frankl's seminal work, "Man's Search for Meaning," this session positions the concept of meaning as the core of human existence. Frankl, a Holocaust survivor and psychiatrist, argued that meaning is not a pre-set construct but something that each individual has the power to define for themselves, even in the face of the direst circumstances.

Throughout the session, we will discuss various research studies on meaning, examining how different cultural, philosophical, and spiritual perspectives contribute to our understanding of this concept.
