Guided Voice & Motherdrum Meditation

We know that we can only change the world from within. If we want to see acceptance, peace and harmony in the outer world, we need to find it in ourselves first. We also know that to some extents, the path of righteousness is asking for our unlimited commitment. No matter whether we walk in solitude or within a sangha/community.  It’s our devotion to the beauty of life - this thriving miracle of Creation - that is nourishing self-love. Thus each yearning for peace in the world should also be a call to the limited ego-mind to fully trust in live. This practice of cultivating peace and self-love sooner or later brings us to the point where we can experience any obstacle that comes across our path - and believe me - they will come ;-) as a welcome invitation for purification and crystallization.
