Step into a transformative health awareness day focused on fostering health consciousness and regulating stress, ensuring a renewed sense of vigor and joy. Health consciousness encompasses a deeper understanding of our physical, vital, mental, and purpose alignment needs. 

Our Health Awareness Day is designed to provide insights and tools to navigate these complex facets of well-being by medical experts, certified health coaches, and holistic therapists. Stress, a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion, is increasingly common and can harm our productivity, relationships, and overall happiness. In a society that frequently champions 'busyness,' it's essential to recognize and regulate stress and prevent burnout at its onset. On the other hand, cultivating joy is not just a reaction to external achievements but a proactive approach to life, wherein we seek and nurture positivity, gratitude, and purpose in our daily actions.

Our Health Awareness Day program delves into these concepts, offering workshops on physical consciousness, vitality, mental resilience, and purpose-driven living. We aim to arm attendees with the knowledge and practices needed to live with heightened health consciousness through speed coaching, group yoga sessions, insightful talks, and meditations. Join us to invest in your well-being, prevent burnout, and infuse your life with authentic joy. Health Awareness Day is also an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded people interested in leading a purposeful and healthier life.

The Health Awareness Day will be presented in English. We will try our best to support and accommodate you if you require assistance due to limited English proficiency.

c) Participate in individual Speed Coaching with medical experts, certified health coaches, and holistic therapists.

Nandarani Meister:

Nandarani is a doctor of Oncology and Internal Medicine and the founder of Transformative Oncology, a transdisciplinary approach that strives to resolve the underlying root cause of cancer. Her over 18 years of experience gave her insights on what to change before one gets sick. Therefore, she decided to shift her activities and pioneer in the field of NEW HEALTH – the new paradigm of Medicine. It strives to bring the trauma-aware body-mind-soul connection back to medical professionals and conscious leaders in the corporate landscape to manifest the change we urgently need to see during these accelerated changes. She gathers conscious leaders in Health and wholeness to collaborate and rise in consciousness for that purpose. 

Vanessa Moubarak:

Through music, Vanessa explores the body every day and constantly wonders about its mysteries; thanks to music, she met practitioners and teachers from all backgrounds and then began to train to accompany those who wish on their path to health and well-being. Traditional Chinese Medicine via Shiatsu allowed her to discover that pedagogy is essential during each treatment, and that is why she created, in parallel with her therapeutic practice, a collective practice combining Yin Yoga and Do-In (self-acupuncture). She aims to open a space for sensory exploration & sharing and the search for individual autonomy, which is supported by the energy of the group. Her teaching journey started when she created her studio « Des Soins & Des Arts » in Paris in 2019 and has continued in Switzerland since August 2022. Website:

Stefan Bodenstab

Stefan believes that conscious knowledge and awareness of our values and their relative importance empower us in our lives, professionally and privately. He holds a Master of Science, a Ph.D., a Business degree (M.B.A.), and a Master in Nutrition (M.Nutr.). With 30+ years in the corporate world, he has held executive positions in companies like Nestlé (20 years), Hero (10 years), and his family’s company. He has a Nutrition Degree from Granada University in Spain and is a certified Personal Health Coach (EMR recognized)  from the University of  Basel which he uses as a foundation to help people find their own lifestyle and personal expression. He also practices yoga since 2011 at Bikram Yoga in Zürich (Switzerland) and did his first teacher training with Jimmy Barkan, Fort Lauderdale (FL).

Deepak Bansal

Deepak is a passionate explorer of the question "what it means to be human", and harnessing his values of joy and wisdom, he aspires to blend logic, relations, and values for a more integral personal and professional world. He stands at the intersection of Technology (MTech - India), Business (MBA, HSG Switzerland), and Humanity (MA, Philosophy). With 15+ years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals. He is the founder of MQ Learning, an Eduqua-certified Swiss Educational institute, and he also teaches "Digital Ethics" at ZHAW.
