We know that around 50% of all non-communicable diseases (NCDs) could be avoided by a healthy lifestyle. But we also know that this is not happening. We know that knowledge alone is not enough. More than 40% of the Swiss population is not physically active enough. One in five employees in Switzerland is at high risk of burnout.

Are you motivated, or are you looking for motivation to make a change in your life to become healthier? Have you tried many things and still don’t exactly how to do them? In this conversation and workshop with Stefan and Francesca, you will join us for a fast-paced conceptual and interactive workshop and exchange with other like-minded participants. You will find ideas and concepts that may help you on your own path toward a healthier life.

This event was created in collaboration with SalutaCoach AG, the Department of Sport, Physical Activity and Health (DSBG), Yoga Flame Group S.A., and MQ.


Dr. Stefan Bodenstab is a personal health coach. Since graduating at the Universities of Granada (Spain) in Pediatrics and Nutrition (MSc) and at the University of Basel in Personal Health Coaching (CAS), he has accompanied numerous individuals on their path to a healthier life through advice on exercise, nutrition, and stress & sleep management.

Francesca is an Economist by education, passionate about food and a healthy lifestyle. She dreams of opening a yoga gym to offer people exercise and healthy food. She has many years of work experience in the tourism business helping people find their dream holidays.
