Air is one of the subtlest forms of energy.

Breathing is one of the two forces that we discover when we come into the world and that is essential to life. To be, maintain or restore a state of health and/or well-being, Breathing is mostly the key. It is known that breathing oxygenates and detoxifies our body but perhaps we know little, if nothing at all, about the other benefits that breathing can bring to our psycho-emotional health and to this path of self-knowledge.

It is the only system that is both involuntary and voluntary, and breathing consciously, with a directed intention, allows you to influence the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual levels equally. “The quality of our life can depend on the quality of our breath”, Dr Clara NAUDI (« Mon corps au pays des merveilles, Beauté et intelligence de l'anatomie humaine », éditions PhidiaS).

Breathwork is a practice which, thanks to its particular/unique breathing technique, intensifies all our bodily feelings, the heightened awareness of what is happening inside us, and the possibility of directing this awareness where the body has its most need to open a space of inner healing by releasing tensions, knots, blockages, traumatic memories...

During this session, we will first take a moment to explain and share the key concepts of Breathwork then, take time for grounding and connect with each other before getting to the heart of the subject, Breathe.

As an ending, for those who want to share their impressions or have questions, wishes, or concerns, we will take the time to answer them.


In this workshop, you will:

o  Learn about breathwork & the benefits of that particular way of breathing.

o  Be guided in the experience of that breathing & the benefits underlying in a safe environment.

o  Learn to explore and feel more intensively your inner world at all levels (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual).


Vanessa Moubarak:

I am Vanessa Moubarak, a musician, shamanic & holistic care practitioner (shiatsu, osteopathy, dowsing, etc.), and yin yoga/do-in (self-shiatsu) teacher. Music has accompanied me since my earliest childhood, and it was both my first teacher and my first therapist. It is through music that I explore the body every day and constantly wonder about its mysteries; it is also thanks to music that I was able to meet practitioners and teachers from all backgrounds and then begin to train myself in order to accompany those who wish, on their path to health and well-being. Traditional Chinese Medicine via Shiatsu allowed me to discover that pedagogy is essential during each treatment and that is why I wanted to create, in parallel with my therapeutic practice, a collective practice combining Yin Yoga and Do-In (self-acupuncture). I aim to open a space for sensory exploration, sharing and the search for individual autonomy which is supported by the energy of the group. 

A few years later, I learned about shamanism at the initiative of two shamans whom I had the joy of meeting on my path in 2016 and then in 2022 and realized that music, the teaching of yoga like all Therapeutic practices in which I trained (shiatsu, osteopathy, dowsing, etc.) are an integral part of the evolution of shamanism and constitute, among other things, valuable tools in my practice.

Stefan Bodenstab:

Stefan believes that conscious knowledge and awareness of our values and their relative importance empower us in our lives, professionally and privately. He holds a Master of Science, a Ph.D., a Business degree (M.B.A.), and a Master in Nutrition (M.Nutr.). With 30+ years in the corporate world, he has held executive positions in companies like Nestlé (20 years), Hero (10 years), and his family’s company. He has a Nutrition Degree from Granada University in Spain and is a certified Personal Health Coach (EMR recognized)  from the University of  Basel which he uses as a foundation to help people find their own lifestyle and personal expression. He also practices yoga since 2011 at Bikram Yoga in Zürich (Switzerland) and did his first teacher training with Jimmy Barkan, Fort Lauderdale (FL).
