Welcome to our philosophical salon, "Being Free". Our discourse will dance around the notion of 'freedom', a concept as captivating as it is elusive, with layers stretching across the physical, social, emotional, and mental dimensions of our existence.

Our salon will traverse the landscapes of freedom: from the shackles of colonialism that binds nations to social structures and prejudices restricting minority rights, the emotional entanglement of our traumas, and the mental barriers constructed by our beliefs and fears.

In our pursuit of understanding freedom, we would also turn to the insights of Western philosophy from Friedrich Nietzsche, Sarte, and Foucault, whose work upends conventional notions of freedom and autonomy. Contrasting this, we delve into the Eastern philosophy of Rabindranath Tagore, who espoused a vision of freedom as the realization of unity within diversity, drawing upon the spiritual traditions of the East.

"Being Free" is not merely about theoretical exploration. It's a journey of collective introspection and personal discovery. Together, we will strive to understand freedom's multifaceted nature, learning how to embody and manifest it daily. We invite you to join us in this profound exploration of 'Being Free.'

Deepak is a passionate explorer of the question "what it means to be human", and harnessing his values of joy and wisdom, he aspires to blend logic, relations, and values, for a more integral personal and professional world.

He stands at the intersection of Technology (MTech - India), Business (MBA, HSG Switzerland), and Humanity (MA, Philosophy, California; coach CPCC, ACC). With 15+ years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals like Accenture, Deutsche Post DHL, and Zurich Insurance Company.  He has also led Learning & Development for a strategic consulting unit.

He is the founder of MQ Learning, a Eduqua certified Swiss Educational institute, and he also teaches "Digital Ethcis" at ZHAW.
