In this conversation and workshop with Nandar Matari, you will learn what real meditation is, how meditation can change our brain and our lives efficiently and how people in professional and business world are practicing successfully taking control of their mental health problems, transforming their lives positively.

Nandar Matari is a Meditation Coach & Trainer and the founder of Matari International Training. Out of her own 31-year practice of meditation for 31 years and diverse professional background as an English Teacher, Financial Consultant, Sales Manager and Recruiting Specialist, she has created a series of guided meditation and courses in the past 10 years. She has been teaching “Matari Meditation Method” to people from all walks of life in Frankfurt, New York, City, Yangon, Zurich, Singapore, Bali and everywhere she visits in the past 10 years.
