"Becoming a Star Manager" is 1-4 days focused, experiential, interactive & modular training, to endows managers with a renewed mindset and skills to become: Strategic Partner, People Connector, and Self- Aware.
Deeply embedded in a humanistic perspective, our training leverage best practices from management research, psychological advancements, & philosophical inquiry.
Our 4-day training is divided into 8 half-day modules. We offer flexibility to organizations to pick and choose training based on their requirements.
We recommend dividing 4-day training into two 2-day modules:
Structure-driven Strategic Manager: Focusing on logic, structuring, and strategic connection.
Values-based People Manager: Focusing on inner values and relational aspects.
