Decision-making is one of the most critical tasks for leaders. Am I right? What will be the impact of my decisions? One of the instruments to make the right and conscious choices is the voice of our inner values. Our inner values serve as a north star to be self-aware of what we want in life and how our decisions will help us.
Talking about values is easy; however, it needs a journey down the psyche lane to find our deeper values and making it conscious for decision making. Whether its joy, loyalty, or respect, we live what we are through our decisions.
In this interactive and embodied workshop, we would learn to connect deeply with our inner values and understand to leverage them for decision making. Learn to:

Reflect on your core values, using, e.g., Jung's active imagination & aspiring idols

Align your reality with your values

Make effective decisions using your values
You would leave the workshop with your individual 3-4 values and methods to use them for daily decision making.

Facilitator:
Deepak aims to bring humanistic elements to our working life. He stands at the intersection of Business (MBA HSG Switzerland), Technology (MTech India), and Humanities (MA Philosophy California, Coach - CPCC, ACC). With 15 years in the corporate world, he has held Executive positions (COO, Director) in Consulting and Multinationals. He has also led Learning & Development for a strategic consulting unit.
