Dennis has worked in management consulting for the last 15 years, most recently as Partner and practice head, and before that in advertising. He has helped companies progress in strategy, implementation, and technology. One of his pet projects was building a whole new insurer from scratch with nothing but an innovative idea and the space of a former print shop for an office to over 100’000 customers today.

 

Dennis holds an MBA in General Management and a Master’s degree in Communication, Psychology, and Japanese Studies. Throughout his career, he has continued his education with professional training across methods, content, and technology.

 

As a coach and teacher, Dennis believes that everyone can achieve what they set their minds to. Sometimes, helping someone realize that their commitment is more important than his advice is his first lesson. It gives Dennis great joy to support people on their learning journey and in acquiring new skills that they can put to practical use immediately. Dennis finds that combining his quantitative business and qualitative humanistic backgrounds provides a good balance to analyze and act holistically.
