Systemic@MQ is a holistic, dreamer/doer space offering learning journeys, practice places, and community gatherings for all who are open for new, transformative paths into our collective future. It integrates systemic thinking, awareness-based systems change methodologies, dhamma, mindfulness and embodiment practices, and serves as a project nursery as well as a conscious community space for collective transformation.
Borrowing the term from Otto Scharmer, Systemic@MQ aims to become an island of coherence, a space for people actively seeking and experimenting with finding entry points into the deep transformation that is already under way and which urgently requires a radical break from ‘business as usual’.

EduQua-certified leadership programs spanning 2.5 days or 6 weeks, with the flexibility of module combinations for full or half-day
